Why Katsa is my favorite character: Katsa, oh Katsa. Where do I begin? Katsa lived with her buttface uncle her whole life, and she ignored him like all the time. Buttface uncle asked Katsa to go on missions where she would either kill or torture someone in the kingdoms. Messed up right! Well that meant that Katsa was messed up as well, because she agreed to everything. I mean, she had a terrible up bringing, so you can't expect her to be A-okay.
I saw Katsa as a brave girl who was a total badass, but she was also halarious at times. For example, when Po and Katsa are riding horses and she is learning about his skill, she basically screams in her mind, and he jumps and gets scared and Katsa laughed. I thought it was the most halarious thing ever, just because I would probably do the same thing.
Katsa also seriously needs to learn how to express her feelings in a healthy manner, and maybe actually learn some manners too.
If Katsa ever found the Internet I feel she would be the kind of person who would ask google to find what she wants, and I feel she would be the one to use all caps, just to get the point across. HOW TO READ MINDS! WHAT BOOK AM I THINKING OF FROM TWO WEEKS AGO!! DO IT NOWWW!!!
All in all, Katsa is a great character in Graceling. She is a confusing character with many, many, many, many problems, but that's what makes her character so interesting.
